Resource Sharing
| Collaboratively, the partnership facilities recognized that their substantial and complementary strengths provided a unique opportunity to create a plan that would provide emergency preparedness resources that far outstrip what any of the three institutions could provide independently. Since the 2004 inception, the partnership has developed key strategic planning initiatives for sharing medical equipment, supplies and personnel. The rapid and successful movement of critical resources in times of crisis will ensure the partnership is self-sustainable for a period of at least 96 hours. |
